1     According to the brief of the State of August 8, 2000 together with the Attachment of July 19, 2000 of the Executive Director of Migration of the Dominican Republic, presented after the puplic hearing before the Inter-American Court on August 8, 2000, his name is actually Wilner Yan.

2     According to the Commission's brief, Mrs. Andrea Alezy and Mssrs. Janty Fils-Aime, Berson Gelim and William Medina Ferreras were "expelled" or "deported" from the Dominican Republic and are currently in Haiti.

3     According to the Commission's brief, Mssrs.  Rafaelito Pérez Charles and Antonio Sension are currently in the Dormican Republic facing the constant risk of being "deported" or "expelled".  Mr. Benito Tide Méndez "[has] returned or is prepared to return" to the Dominican Republic, after having been "expelled" at year-end 1999.  However, during the public hearing of August 8, 2000, the Commission confirmed that Mr. Benito Tide Méndez is currently in the Dominican Republic.
